This bright and spacious million-dollar unit has floor-to-ceiling windows, an open concept layout, and high-end furniture chosen by an award winning interior designer. Guests enjoy top of the line appliances, comfortable beds, and a big screen smart TV.

This brand new, modern condo is equipped with everything you'll need for an unforgettable stay in Toronto. Features include spacious bedrooms, high-end appliances, and an open layout.

There's a big screen smart TV with Netflix, high speed WiFi, and a dish washer, washing machine, and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
Chinatown is one of Toronto's most lively areas, with authentic Chinese restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance.

Nearby attractions include the Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, the Metro Toronto Convention Center, the CN Tower, Union Station, Ripley’s Aquarium, the Eaton Center, King Street, the St. Lawrence Market, Financial District, and the Queen’s Quay Waterfront.

Getting Around:
Chinatown is ideal for easy access.

The condo is a 20-minute drive to the airport (without traffic).

It is minutes away from the subway, the Go Bus Station, and the Coach Bus Terminal. The Union Pearson Express train takes you directly to and from the airport in under 25 minutes. Uber's are always readily available.

There is convenient paid parking in the area. Inquire for more details.

Other Things to Note:
1. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $50/animal.

2. We're happy to deliver:
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

3. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

House Rules:
1. Please don’t party or host events or you will be asked to leave with no refund

2. Please don’t smoke inside my home or you will be charged a $150 fine or your full security deposit

3. Please don’t check-out late or you’ll be charged a $150 fine per hour past check-out

4. Please clean up after yourself and any pets. Large messes will cost up to one extra cleaning fee
