This property is only minutes from Disney and is located at the secure, gated Bella Vida Resorts.

Guest Access:
Parking:
• Up to 1 vehicle can park in the driveway. If required, there is day parking available at the clubhouse (no overnight parking).

Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

Resort Access:
• You’re provided with complimentary access to Bella Vida Resort
• Clubhouse is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, year-round
• Outdoor pool

• The garage is currently unavailable for use.
• The playground at the Bella Vida resort is closed for renovation until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.

Additional Services:

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's $25/day for standard heating (86 degrees) or $35/day for increased heating (90 degrees). Hot tub heating is $25/day. This service is provided upon request, please inquire for more details.

We’re happy to deliver:
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).

• If you have any special requests throughout your trip, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.

Quality Assurance:
• Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

House Rules:
1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.
2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
3. Please clean up after yourselves and any pets. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.
