Located in the highly sought-after Windsor Island Resort is this awesome 5-bedroom townhome, complete with themed rooms and private splash pool. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all share the same area, making it great for entertaining. The shared area is also well lit thanks to the large glass patio doors that lead directly to the pool area. The living room is beautifully decorated and has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, armchair, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Any chef would love to cook in this kitchen. It has white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertops. It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. And when it is time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar, which seats up to four, or around the dining table, which seats up to six people. Better yet, why not enjoy some alfresco dining under the lanai by the swimming pool? Here, you’ll find an outdoor dining suite that can seat up to six people. Speaking of the pool area, it’s screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, there is a large Mickey mural/painting on the patio wall, and (most importantly) there is a private splash pool for all to cool off in after a long day out in the Florida heat. For those who want to work on their tan, there are even some sunbeds. Head upstairs, and you’ll find a Star-Wars-themed TV and games rooms, complete with Star Wars standup arcade machine and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. It’s the perfect spot for everyone to hangout in.
There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and is themed to Disney World. The second bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king bed, lots of space, and an ensuite bathroom, complete with dual sinks and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen king bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin/single beds and is themed to Disney’s Encanto. The fifth bedroom is themed to Harry Potter and has a tri bunk bed (a single over single over single). All bedrooms have their own TV.
This home also comes with in-unit laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi Internet, and access to Windsor Island Resort amenities.
