It comes with a private pool, hot tub, BBQ, games room, themed movie room, parking and more! This property is only minutes from Disney and is located at the secure, gated Bella Vida Resort.

The Space:

• 10 bedrooms (16 beds) offering a perfect balance between luxury and comfort
• 8 bathrooms, including 5 ensuites

Guest Access:
Parking:
• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. If required, there is day parking available at the clubhouse (no overnight parking).

Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

**Important Notice**
• There is basic cookware available in the house.

• The playground at the Bella Vida resort is closed for renovation until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.

Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $40/day per service for pool and hot tub heating, and $25/day per service for hot tub heating ONLY, which we provide upon request. Please note that we do not offer heating service for the pool alone. Feel free to reach out for more details.

We’re happy to deliver:
• a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $65/per tank.
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).

• If you have any special requests throughout your trip, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
