• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. If required, there is day parking available at the clubhouse.

Important Notice
• The resort pool will be unavailable for use for the next few weeks. The clubhouse is currently undergoing a reconstruction project to improve the pool area. Please reach out to us if you have any further questions.

Pet Friendly
• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $79/animal (one-time fee).

Additional Services
• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $25/day that we provide upon request. Please inquire for more details.

We're happy to deliver:
• a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $65/per tank
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

• There is basic cookware available in the house.

• If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
