Please Note: In responding to CDC guidelines and in exercising an abundance of caution due to COVID-19, the community manager has chosen to close all free-use common area recreational amenities, including the indoor swimming pools and hot tubs, rec buildings, tennis courts, basketball, racquetball, squash, and handball courts, children's play areas, etc. until further notice. Because this is a circumstance that is beyond our control, no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the free-use facilities remain closed during the time of our Guest's stay.

Snowater Condo #14 - 2 Story Townhouse Condo - Sleeps 6 - Close to Snowater Community Amenities!

This standard 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse style condo is a great family home away from home! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 2-twin sized beds, 1-bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace and a hide-a-bed, plus a small balcony overlooking the common area. The 2nd floor features a loft master bedroom with 1-king bed, 1-bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This newly furnished and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WiFi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children's play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
