One of Folly's Best! FollyTude is centrally located on the seventh block directly across the street from the beach. From your front porch chairs you can see the ocean awaiting your arrival. This property is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home that also has an outdoor shower downstairs. The open floor plan allows the cozy living room dining area and kitchen to all flow together allowing for a large communal layout. The bedrooms include one king bedroom with a private half bathroom two queen bedrooms and a charming bunkroom that can accommodate kids or adults! In the sunroom there are two daybeds for additional guests. All of the beds have great mattresses plump pillows and comfortable linens. The sunroom is sure to be a hit the room is equipped with another tv and ample seating for both relaxing and dining. Outside you will find a shaded area beneath the porch set up with a hammock and swing to laze away the afternoons. This home sleeps up to 10 people and it will provide everyone plenty of room to enjoy their vacation and everything that Folly has to offer! The new owners are constantly updating and reinventing this property so be on the look out for some great upgrades! Most recent changes include new flooring! No more carpet!! Well behaved house-broken flea treated dogs are welcome with approval. Please include the breed and size of the pet you want to bring when you inquire.
