ABOUT CARDINAL PEAK CONDO

Not named for the bird, but for cardinal numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.), Cardnial Peak is the highest peak in the Chelan Mountains, just ten miles from the condo.

With two bedrooms and two baths, there's plenty of room for four adults to sprawl out, relax and enjoy your getaway at Cardinal Peak Condo, located right next to Kahler Mountain Club's serene golf course.

This first floor condo is ideal for a getaway close to Leavenworth. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, which also features an ensuite bathroom, with a walk-in rain shower. The second bedroom has another king sized bed. Plush towels and linens are provided for your stay.

The kitchen is perfect for whipping up a great meal after a long day exploring. With modern, updated appliances plus pots, pans and dinnerware, it's sure to please all the cooks in your group. Or enjoy an evening of drinks with friends utilizing the built in bar!

The living room is full of cozy furniture, including a sofa sleeper, and an inviting fireplace, to help you relax at the end of the day. You can kick back and watch your favorite show or movie on the flat screen television.

The living room opens onto a covered patio, with its barbecue and a comfortable outdoor dining set, it's perfect for sipping your morning cup of joe or enjoying an evening glass of wine.

This property is suitable for adults.

The unit has two tandem parking spaces.

Please note, as much as we might love dogs, they are not allowed at this unit.

During the summer, there are bird watching, fishing, boating & rafting and trail hiking opportunities. The warm weather brings all the wildlife out, so take the opportunity to explore the area.

The colder months of winter allow for skiing, snowshoeing, as well as ice fishing & skating adventures.

No matter what time of the year you decide to visit, the scenic views are to die for.

As we stated earlier, you're also a short drive from downtown Leavenworth where Bavarian culture and spirits exist. You can enjoy a variety of events throughout the year such as Oktoberfest, the flowering Maifest or the Christmas lighting and caroling during December.

We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after you visit our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: This well managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am.
