Vacation Rental Description

Great location to stay if you are visiting downtown San Antonio River walk. It is within 2 mile distance, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston. San Antonio is one of the oldest cities in the U.S, with no doubt very beautiful. A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown are not fully developed, there is a lot of restoring going on. So If you are looking into staying in a more modern/new area, this might not be what your are looking for. Great location for price.

The Space:
Warm and Cozy home. surveillance cameras on premises (outside). This is not a modern area, however it is in transition. It is safe and quiet.

Guest Access:
> Please be advised that there are 2 other units. 1 is the Main House which is located in front and the other unit is at back as well which is being rented out separately by other guests.

Interaction with Guests:
You won't see me nor my helpers during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be quick to respond.

The Neighborhood:
We are very close to the river walk, a very short Uber/lyft drive. Approximately 2.5 miles from the riverwalk and main ateactions This is an upcoming neighborhood so it is not the prettiest it is still in transition and changing. It is in a great location as far as central is concerned 2 miles or so from main attractions.

Vehicle, Uber, lyft

Other Things to Note:
> Minimum age requirement to book is 21 years old
> Security Deposit: $200
> Also, please be advised that we take great pride in maintaining the appearance of our homes and we do have a weekly lawn maintenance scheduled.
> Kindly note that in addition to providing a valid ID and a picture of the last four digits of your credit card, you will also be required to submit a selfie.
