When you say Vail you think of its 5200 acres of snowboarding and skiing trails miles of recreational paths and countless special events all year round. It is known for its affluence luxurious hotels upscale shops and world-class restaurants and above all the breathtaking view. That is what you get if you decide to stay in our mountain-style rental close to Gondola One and a bus ride away from the Vail's hotspot Vail Village. Both LIonshead and Vail Village are in the heart of Vail and quite exclusive. They are perfect places for families to stroll around after skiing or even for groups to bar hop at night. You will also discover a variety of shops offering everything from souvenirs to high-end items. Have a dinner in one of the chic places like Sweet Basil or Le Tour or you could surprise your children taking them to Blue Moose Pizza and later to one of the shops specializing in delicious chocolate treats. Space: The apartment provides everything you expect from a mountainous home. Comfort pleasant ambiance lots of natural light and a breath-taking view. The earthly color tones bring serenity and comfort. The sitting area is a perfect nook for quiet family nights after all-day-skiing. It provides a comfy leather couch opposite a classy TV media unit and a massive coffee table. The glass doors communicate with the terrace offering the marvelous mountain view. The large solid wood dining table is just across very convenient kitchen. It features everything you may need from small kitchen appliances to the large ones like a fridge a dishwasher a microwave and a stove. All the other cookware and kitchen utensils are on your disposal. Every little thing is sparkling clean. There are two bedrooms both decorated in the same manner. Both are equally spacious and provide comfortable queen beds and lots of storage for your stuff. You may even be surprised to find a washer and a dryer in one of them. Interaction with guests PLEASE READ We let our guests enjoy their privacy however we are just a message away if you need us. Please note that due to transparency and safety of our guests and staff we will be communicating through the booking portal messaging app. We typically answer all inquiries within 10 minutes. You will be given a phone number that you can use only in case of an emergency. There is a designated person if you need anything at any time just let us know and it will be our pleasure to assist you. Otherwise enjoy your vacation in full and complete privacy. * Please keep in mind that the accommodations of which Comfy Stay provides are not hotels but our home. Certain things you would expect from a hotel like 24-hour room service fresh linen and room cleaning every day services are not available. BOOKING RULES 21 years of age and older to book no exceptions as these are building requirements. OCCUPANCY RULES Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and our house rules NO SMOKING No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit. CHECK IN Check in is strictly 4pm to 11pm. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 11pm we have to be notified immediately. CHECK OUT The check-out is 11am. MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. DAMAGE IN THE APARTMENT Any loss or damage in the apartment confirmed during your stay would be reported to Airbnb. Corresponding penalties will apply. LOST ITEMS We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure. LOST KEYS In case you lose the key of the apartment it will be charged $100 per set. PARKING RULES Please park only on designated parking spot. HYGIENE Do not throw anything but the toilet paper inside the toilet bowl!! Failure to abide the rule will result in clogging of the toilet and fee 400$ for emergency plumber. Please separate trash into two: LANDFILL (food non recyclable) RECYCLABLE (paper cans plastic bottles glass). If the trash bin become full before the end of your stay please have your other trash be inside a plastic bag and leave the plastic bag beside the trash bin. Please be neat and tidy during your stay. As much as possible please leave the apartment in the state as it was when you checked in. BUILDING RULES - Absolutely no loud music parties or any type of altercation with building security or staff or will result in immediate eviction with no refund and $150 fine. - Please do not use our towels to remove make up or to clean floors or shoes. If we find excessively stained towels and linens we reserve the right to charge you $50 per each stained towel and $50 per each stained sheet.
