This pool view 3 bedroom 3 bath unit is very comfortable at 1,500 sq ft and has its own private patio with private hot tub, and BBQ pit overlooking the courtyard, pool, and cabanas. It is often referred to as the “super unit” because, in addition to the the large patio deck, it has two additional private balconies. The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing. All appliances are top of the line stainless steel. The unit is richly appointed with original paintings, art work, and local photography. The exposed brick walls in the living areas along with the large French doors blend with the modern furnishings and contemporary art. All bedrooms are richly appointed and have either a king size or queen size beds. The kitchen is equipped with glassware, plates, flatware, pots, pans, etc. Simply walk in, unpack your bags, and enjoy your trip-- everything else should already be taken care of. This unit is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard and pool.

Property Terms and Policies
We are a 100% non-smoking facility. Smoking of any kind within a unit, hallway, or stairwell will result in a $250 fine per day. Guests are liable for any damages to the unit, including but not limited to the furniture, appliances, windows, fixtures, and artwork. As a direct result of any damages to the hotel, certain fees will apply to the primary guest on file in order to compensate for these violations. Please note that these fees will vary and will be determined based on overall cost for the hotel to fix or to replace these damages. You approve The Natchez to process any and all fees and/or fines on the credit card you provided to us.
The pool area will close at 11 pm on Sunday through Thursday, reopening at 7 am. On Friday and Saturday, the pool area will close at 1 am, reopening at 7 am. Please be mindful of other guests. Any noise complaints may result in the pool area being closed early. Pool hours may change at the discretion of management. Guests may be asked to leave the pool area in the event of disorderly conduct.
Check-out time is at 11 am. Late check-outs must be approved by the front desk. Any non-approved late check outs may result in a fine.
