This is a brand new apartment located in a beautiful complex complete with communal patio and BBQ. The clean design will have you feeling at home in no time. Large TV with netflix Amazon Prime and Sling TV. Huge kitchen with all the Beautifully designed and decorated first floor apartment in a completely brand new construction complex minutes from all of Fishtown's most popular locations. Walk in and immediately feel right at home in the spacious and comfortable living room with plenty of seating! Head to the kitchen with island seating for 4! The property also features a large communal patio with grill! Only minutes from the Fillmore Frankford Hall and Front + Palmer. Right around the corner from the subway! necessary equipment to prepare a home cooked meal! The entire apartment! As little or as much as the guests want. I give guests their space but I am available at a moment's notice for any issues or questions that arise. Theres no shortage of cool in Fishtown which has emerged as Phillys truest harbor of artistic culinary and musical action. This classic working-class neighborhood so named due to its history as an epicenter for the commercial shad-fishing industry offers a colorful exception to the citys gridded urban rule with its collection of narrow streets beset with modest row homes and independently owned businesses. North of Girard south of Lehigh east of Front and west of the Delaware River Phillys young creative class roots itself here with hopes to take ideas from gestation to reality. This momentous influx of new residents gave way to great new bars restaurants music venues studios and galleries. Newcomers integrating and collaborating with the neighborhoods longtime residents sets Fishtown apart as one of Philadelphias most exciting neighborhoods. Every Friday afternoon at 5:30 pm the doors of the Elone of Americas oldest elevated subwaysswoosh open at Girard and Berks Street stations unleashing a stampede of Millennials yuppies hipsters entrepreneurs and empty nesters onto Front Street. No excessive noise or loud music after 10 pm No guests or overnight visitors not listed on your reservation No pets in the home No shoes in the home Only flush toilet paper Keep the home clean and tidy report any damages or missing items to your host Comply with all city and building bylaws No one night reservations from local residents of the tri-state area Keep the quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am this is strictly enforced Please wear a mask while traveling common areas and while entering and exiting the building. $500 fee for removing any or all guests/occupants $500 fee for excessive noise $500 fee for smoking $500 fee for violation of the house rules $50/hr fee for unauthorized late check out every hour past your check out time $50/person fee for people in the unit that is not on the reservation and for each person in the unit past the number of guests booked All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or through your booking site.
