There are 2 full size living room sofas plus a club chair large ottoman and lounge chair. Room for everyone... The Flat Screen TV in the great room provides easy viewing from the kitchen and even the dining area. Three bedrooms mean that everyone has comfortable surroundings and privacy. The Master Suite provides a comfortable Queen Bed and cable television so you can catch up on world events. The second bedroom also supports a Queen Size Bed and a walk-in closet for your convenience. Our third bedroom is great for both children and adults with two comfortable twin beds. Take a stroll out on the balcony for ocean Views and amazing Back Bay sunsets. Property Terms and Policies

All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Agent via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenants loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not re-book and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will be charged a 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent), along with non-refundable items, including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Fee prior to issuance of a refund. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and the 21% cancellation fee prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
