You will be blown away with the beautiful views of the Back Bay Sunsets and ocean sunrises. Island Breeze offers two patio decks to choose from; one off the main living area and another off of the master bedroom... you'll spend endless hours taking in all the sights that Island Breeze and the Back Bay have to offer. Both have been recently updated with new patio furniture. Also newly furnished and painted the owners of this condo had your vacation in mind; furnishing it with only the finest quality items available. Island Breeze boasts Wall Mounted Flat Screen TV'S in all of the bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a 37" Flat Screen and for everyone's enjoyment we have mounted a 60" Flat Screen in the Living room sure to give hours of viewing pleasure when the whole gang's together. Island Breeze was meticulously decorated and furnished with your vacation memories in mind. If you love the beach extraordinary sunsets or just reading a good book in the summer breeze Island Breeze is the place to be. No garage storage unit available with this rental. Linen and towel package is included. Use of condo amenities include: 3 Outdoor Swimming Pools (open mid-May to mid-September) 2 Indoor Libraries 2 Fitness Centers and a Hot Tub (open mid-September to mid-May). Free WIFI. Limit 2 Parking Passes Per Unit. No Smoking (only in designated garage areas) and No Pets allowed.

    Property Terms and Policies

    All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Agent via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenants loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not re-book and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will be charged a 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent), along with non-refundable items, including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Fee prior to issuance of a refund. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and the 21% cancellation fee prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
