Max Occupancy 8 MBR King BR2 King BR3 T/Double Bunk + Twin Enjoy a beautiful view of Back Bays tranquil waters and relax at twilight with vivid sunsets that animate the Bays serene waters. Tranquility Bay offers a spacious open floor plan living area that includes a large sectional couch (with a pullout bed) a 55 HD flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player relaxing rocking chairs and a large dining table that comfortably seats eight. The living area has direct access to a balcony overlooking Back Bay that is furnished with an outdoor table and four outdoor chairs. Tranquility Bay offers guests a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker large griddle crock-pot blender steamer four-slotted toaster and a full set of bakeware and cookware. The kitchen also includes all granite countertops stainless steel appliances and a three seater bar breakfast nook.The Master Suite is furnished with a comfortable plush King size bed a 42 TV and DVD player plenty of closet and storage space and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with another plush King size bed a 32 TV with DVD player and more closet and storage space. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with bedroom three. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin over double bunk bed set an additional twin size bed and a 32 TV for the kids to enjoy their cartoons at bedtime. Guests are just an elevator ride from the beach access and the Sanctuarys outdoor pools two fitness rooms poolside viking style outdoor grills libraries the boardwalk and the swim up Cabana Bar & Grill. Guests are also a quick walk to Little Island Park and Little Island Fishing Pier with a playground tennis courts and basketball courts. Lastly guests will have access to a garage level storage closet with two sturdy beach chairs a beach-wheel cart an umbrella and assorted sand toys. This storage closet is also big enough for your beach essentials so don't leave anything behind!Other condo amenities include: Full size washer and dryer fridge ice maker Glass-top stove oven Microwave Free WIFI Free cable and phone service. Linen and towel package included.     Property Terms and Policies

    All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Agent via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenants loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not re-book and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will be charged a 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent), along with non-refundable items, including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Fee prior to issuance of a refund. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and the 21% cancellation fee prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
