Wonderfully decorated and sophisticated this three bedroom unit boasts superb styling amenities and finishing touches. Theres plenty of space for family and friends to get together in spacious Adam's Escape which sleeps nine in the well-appointed bedrooms. We have included all the essentials such as: flat screen TV's and DVD players assorted board games free premium cable channels and complimentary WIFI access and phone services.The open floor kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless appliances granite countertops and plenty of pantry space. We even have a Keurig for the quick cup of coffee in the morning before setting out on the private oceanfront balcony to rest in our cozy patio seating. The living area has plenty of seating for everyone and a large screened wall mounted TV so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows or step outside onto the ocean front balcony and relax with a good book on the patio style seating or watch the dolphins and other sea life as they gracefully swim by. Enjoy the 6 seat full size patio dining set for a serene and beautiful meal. Step into the Master Suite and enjoy a wonderful king size bed private bath lots of closet space and wall mounted TV so you can catch up on your favorite late night shows or step out onto your private balcony and enjoy an evening cocktail and listen to the waves crash against the sand. Suite # 2 provides a large queen four poster bed and private bathroom large closets and flat screen television to catch up on the days events. Bedroom # 3 is great for the younger ones lots of open space and bunk beds with a wall mounted TV to watch their favorite movies. Cook in your gourmet kitchen or one of the many outdoor Viking grills located around the first level pool deck. Property Terms and Policies

All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Agent via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenants loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not re-book and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will be charged a 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent), along with non-refundable items, including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Fee prior to issuance of a refund. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and the 21% cancellation fee prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
