Boasting two Master Suites with private bathrooms and plenty of closet space this condo has thought of everything with no shortage of entertainment in the main living area. In the living room there is enough seating for the whole family a full size 9 piece dining room table counter style bar height stools a flat screen TV with DVD Player and cable service and an open floor plan for everyone to be included! We have fully equipped the kitchen with stainless steel appliances granite countertops coffee maker toaster and lots of cabinet space. For hours of fun and enjoyment we have also provided a miniature shuffleboard table & dart board also! There will never be a dull moment in the Pickled Penthouse. Don't forget your binoculars to experience the unsurpassed views of Virginia's Outer Banks from two spacious private balconies off the fourth floor Master bedroom suite and the fourth floor living room. All the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable bedding closet spaces dressers and flat screen TV's for watching all your favorite late night shows. We have thought of everything for your stay including a conveniently located garage level storage closet to keep all your beach supplies and /or beach toys close to the beach for your stay. No need to haul all the wet beach stuff upstairs; just keep it in the beach level storage! You and your guests will create fun vacation memories and find yourself returning again and again to Pickled Penthouse. Walking distance to the beach boardwalk and bay. Linen and towel package included. Use of condo amenities include: 3 Outdoor Swimming Pools (open mid-May to mid-September) 2 Libraries 2 Fitness Centers and a Hot Tub (open mid-September to mid-May).     Property Terms and Policies

    All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Agent via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenants loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not re-book and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will be charged a 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent), along with non-refundable items, including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Fee prior to issuance of a refund. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and the 21% cancellation fee prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
