The lower level of Brownley Beach offers a Queen Bedroom with hardwood flooring a half bath and a laundry room with HE washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator for additional food and beverage storage very convenient for quick access from the beach! The upper level is spacious with lots of windows to give the great room a sunny and warm feeling. Four bedrooms and two baths are nicely appointed with a King Master Suite and private bath. In addition The Brownley offers an elevator which enables anyone an easy entrance and exit. The other bedrooms include a bunk room for kids a Queen bedroom and a Double and twin room perfect for the family that has smaller children. Other features of this adorable beach cottage include two outside Hot Cold Showers gas grill and a wrap-around deck that provides both sunny and shady areas.     Property Terms and Policies

    All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Agent via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenants loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not re-book and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will be charged a 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent), along with non-refundable items, including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Fee prior to issuance of a refund. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and the 21% cancellation fee prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
