The large lot is nicely landscaped and naturally wooded with a large playground in the backyard and in-ground pool fully fenced from the rest of the backyard for safety. You will enjoy a unique lake view from Three Mermaids with nice water views from the back as well as direct access to the water through the gated fence. There are a total of six large outdoor decks for a variety of outdoor views. Bring your own kayak or rent one locally and venture out onto the lake and enjoy the sights and sounds of this hidden gem or enjoy a quiet cup of coffee while watching the sunrise from the front deck while you listen to the crashing waves . A spacious and beautifully furnished interior offers all the comforts of home to ensure your stay is remarkable.The upper level has a bright open great room feel with a kitchen dining and living area flowing nicely together. The kitchen is well appointed with a stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher gas stove ample cabinet space and a kitchen island. There is dining space for everyone with a farm-house style large table and counter seating. The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa for relaxing and spreading out while enjoying the gas fireplace and Flat Screen TV. There is an enclosed sun porch with an electric fireplace off of the living room a great getaway spot for quiet reading. The large King Master Suite has a private bath with a double vanity and tub. The second bedroom is perfect for children with two Bunksets (each Twin over Double sleeping 6) sharing a Jack-N-Jill bath with the third Queen bedroom. An additional small den just off the living room can be used as another sleeping spot with a twin day bed*.The ground floor of Three Mermaids has a small den with a comfortable leather couch and a twin trundle bed (sleeping 2 bring your own sheets if you want to use it for sleeping) as well as a full bath with a shower and a small screened porch leading to the pool. There is also a full refrigerator in the garage for convenient access to beverages while enjoying the ample outdoor entertaining spaces.     Property Terms and Policies

    All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Agent via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenants loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not re-book and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will be charged a 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent), along with non-refundable items, including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Fee prior to issuance of a refund. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and the 21% cancellation fee prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
