Sweet new (2019) construction in the coveted North End of Sandbridge! Sweet Sojourn is a three level beach house with a contemporary design and accent lighting lots of windows to let in the sunshine and a breezy screened in porch for all day enjoyment of the salty air.Sitting on a spacious waterfront lot Sweet Sojourn is located directly across from the public beach access getting you on the wide white sandy beach in just minutes! There is an elevator which services all three levels as well as outside access to the first floor and outside access to the second floor and a spiral staircase to the third floor. The first floor (lower level) has a family room with large flat screen TV a wet bar with full sized refrigerator free standing ice maker and bath. The second floor offers a great room which opens to a kitchen with counter top bar seating for 7 (5 stools pictured 2 additional stools located closeby.) There is a convenient pass-through to screened-in porch for food service. The porch will offer a dining table and ceiling fan and a great place to relax and unwind. Three of the five bedrooms are located on the second floor: A King Master Suite with full bath and two Queen Bedrooms with access to a full bath. The third floor offers two bedrooms one bedroom with two Twins and one bunkroom with two sets of Twin/Twin bunks and a hall bath. There is a spiral staircase that you use from the second to the third floor as well as the elevator for access to all three floors. You can overlook the second floor great room from the third floor loft area and all of the windows making the entire house bright and airy. You will enjoy high end appliances and unique lighting throughout the home. Sweet Sojourn sits on a lot with rip rap bordering and a dock for you to fish and crab from as well as to launch a kayak and tour the canals around the area. A unique amenity can be found in the backyard as Checkerboard Table and game pieces for some fun family time! FIREPLACE NOT FOR GUEST USE. Property Terms and Policies

All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Agent via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenants loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not re-book and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will be charged a 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent), along with non-refundable items, including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Fee prior to issuance of a refund. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and the 21% cancellation fee prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
