The beach access path is located within a moments walk from your driveway. If you are vacationing with children Summers Inn offers a well groomed yard with a grassy area for playing outside games like croquet or bocce ball and a sandy playground area with a swing set. The game room is a separate small building in the back yard which is home to a pinball machine air hockey table jukebox and dart board! The inground pool with a slide basketball and volleyball games is fenced for security with spacious decking and lounge chairs. The driveway and parking area under the house is shady and offer areas for storage of your beach supplies. Two separate outside HIS and HERS private showers! Picnic Tables and seating are found both in the shady areas and in the sun for the best of both worlds! Multiple decks offer privacy additional dining areas and views over the backyard and of the beach. The interior of Summers Inn is classic coastal style with large hardwood planked floors and simple comfortable furnishings. The sun/Florida room offers a dining option with a nice breeze and view of the ocean. Four bedrooms are located on the main level with one full bathroom and one half bath available. There is an additional 5th bedroom with outside access only on the lower level as well as a half bath. This home is simple well maintained well stocked and will make you feel right at home. Property Terms and Policies

All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Agent via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenants loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not re-book and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will be charged a 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent), along with non-refundable items, including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Fee prior to issuance of a refund. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and the 21% cancellation fee prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
