Get ready for an incredible vacation week at the Bayside Bungalow! Your 5-bedroom getaway is situated on Back Bay with canal access (via a walkin launch) and fishing dock. When you get tired of lounging in your cool in-ground saltwater pool beautiful Sandbridge beach is only a short walk away less than a 5 min walk from front door to feet in the sand!) where surfing paddle boarding or simply relaxing in the sand await. When you return home to Bayside Bungalow youll be ready to enjoy the beautiful sunset over Back Bay on one of two second floor decks or the large pool deck. Only 3 miles to the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge great for nature walks trail runs etc. At Bayside Bungalow in Sandbridge there is something special for everyone! The backyard has a platform deck next to the gorgeous private salt-water pool where your entire crew can sun themselves. A covered living area under the 2nd floor deck provides plenty of shade while you make use of the outdoor mini fridge and gas BBQ grill. A walkin ramp allows you to easily launch your kayak canoe paddleboard or boat. Hang out on the refurbished dock and cast a line as you enjoy the beautiful Back Bay. The house sits on a quiet safe cul-de-sac street great for your kids to enjoy bike rides or play in the large yard. The main living area of the bungalow resides on the second floor and is perfectly designed for large get-togethers and plenty of family bonding. It features a massive open floorplan encompassing the kitchen dining area and living area which can easily support parties or multi-family meals. The kitchen has a large island with barstool seating. The dining area is equipped with a table for 8 and spills onto the outside deck with additional seating and a glass table top. This deck overlooks the pool area canal and faces the sunrise. The living area is furnished with an outsized 90 sectional sofa and audio/visual entertainment system. The entertainment system consists of a 60 4K HDTV complete with all the convenient apps so you can stream your favorite movies and shows (e.g. Netflix HULU Amazon Prime Video etc). A fantastic sound bar completes the system which is great for movies or streaming music at your party. Another deck extends outside from behind the sofa facing Back Bay. This deck is the perfect spot to watch another beautiful sunset. Every room in your vacation home has special touches to make you feel like you are in paradise. The entire house has been recently refreshed with new furniture and fixtures and a remodeled bathroom. Each bedroom is decorated to give you and your family a tropical and beachy feel. Top level: B1 - King Master with TV and Jetted Tub B2: Queen with TV B3 - Double with Bunk Beds B4- Queen Bed with TV. Two full Hall Baths on each side: one with tub one with shower. Although directly on the Back Bay and just minutes to the beach if you need or forget anything at all from swimsuits to fishing rods all major stores are a short 15-minute drive away at Red Mill Commons including Target Walmart Harris Teeter & Rite Aid as well as 30 restaurants of all varieties. If you need something fast Sandbridge Seaside Market is only one mile from your doorstep. This local grocery store carries most of what you need and is adjacent to some cute local beach shops and restaurants. Bring your canine friend too as Bayside Bungalow is dog friendly. Property Terms and Policies

All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Agent via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenants loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not re-book and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will be charged a 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent), along with non-refundable items, including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Fee prior to issuance of a refund. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and the 21% cancellation fee prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
