Vacation Rental Description

Please consider renting Dunescape and we will treat your family as we would treat our own. We understand that a vacation should be relaxing and memorable so we tried to create a "home like feel" at Dunescape to soften the experience with a new large outside cabana in 2018 by the pool with two 50 TVs lounge and bar areas pool table and much more. We will also provide memory foam mattresses for your nightly comfort bikes iPhone chargers surf boards ping pong games new flat screen TVs with Netflix shuffleboard pool toys and beach toys for fun. The beach is just 75 steps from the driveway as we counted ourselves!!!!! To maximize your stay we created a three inch book of local history must see events discounts for Dunescape guests for golf fishing and more. We will provide a thank you gift when you arrive and another at the end of the summer to show our appreciation as we will never take you for granted so don't discard our envelopes. We have many repeat guests and would like to increase our current family. We also react to guests comments so please advise on areas to improve as we are always striving for the best guest's experience at Sandbridge. See below for a further description of the house. You'll enjoy family gatherings in the large updated kitchen a separate dining room and a spacious great room complete with a classic shuffleboard table! Sit in the dining room or dine al fresco by the pool. This home spares no expense when it comes to your comfort with gorgeous wood floors leather sofas flat screen TVs in all bedrooms satellite/radio system with speakers throughout the house wireless internet and two master suites (one with a Jetted Jacuzzi tub). Activities include board games books shuffleboard ping pong bikes Netflix DVDs and water basketball for those non-beach moments. Beach chairs have been provided for comfort and enjoyment by the ocean. Direct public beach access is conveniently located a few footsteps across the street.     Property Terms and Policies

    All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Agent via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenants loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not re-book and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will be charged a 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent), along with non-refundable items, including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Fee prior to issuance of a refund. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and the 21% cancellation fee prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
