From the incredible 3-level floor plan boasting 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths to the spacious decks offering an ocean view and also a bay view overlooking the sparkling in-ground pool this semi-oceanfront home will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Three levels of luxury living with bedrooms and baths on each floor make this home the perfect choice for larger families or multiple families to share. The beautiful exterior color of Irish Blessings combines wonderfully with the nicely landscaped yard complete with in-ground pool spacious pool deck a Pool Cabana with wet-bar and mini fridge Shuffle Board and a shady covered deck that also lends access to the first floor game room hall bath and elevator. You can enjoy a game of pool or try a game of cards at the card table. The convenience of the elevator is incredible especially for loading and unloading and also for ease of mobility for those in need. The first floor offers two bedrooms one King Master Suite with Private Bath and deck access and one bedroom which has a door leading into the bathroom in the hall. The second middle level is home to four bedrooms; three King Master Suites with private baths two of which offer deck access (one private) and one bedroom which is smartly designed for children or teens with one Double/Double Bunk and a Twin/Twin Bunk. The third and upper level is open and bright offering a spacious living area dining area well-equipped gourmet kitchen and access to both the ocean-facing (east) deck and bay-facing (west) deck. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor both King Master Suites with private baths. The hall half bath is a nice addition to this upper level. Property Terms and Policies

All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Agent via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenants loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not re-book and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will be charged a 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent), along with non-refundable items, including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Fee prior to issuance of a refund. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and the 21% cancellation fee prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
