Sunshine is 6100 square feet of impeccable living space with three levels 8 bedrooms multiple gathering areas designer furnishings and an expanded outside pool area complete with a cabana and covered poolside eating area.If your family is accustomed to the finer things in life then this home will certainly satisfy the most discriminating vacationer. And if you just want to live the dream well then this ones for you too!The first of the three levels is packed with fun amenities with a large game room with a pool table air hockey table and a wet bar with under-counter fridge; as well as a media room with a 70 screen and theater-style seating. Two Queen Suites with private baths are beautifully furnished. Close by you will find the entrance to the elevator which services all three levels making the entire house accessible for everyone. You have access to the hot tub and pool deck as well as an outside cabana for easy meals and snacks. A convenient half bath services the pool area with a door directly to the outside. The backyard oasis is open and spacious with a large pool deck surrounding the in-ground pool and plenty of seating and lounge chairs. There is a covered eating area which is a great way to feed the family without having to come inside.The second level has a family gathering area a nice place to converse read play card games or watch TV. Four bedrooms are located on this middle floor; two King Master Suites with private bath one with access to the wrap-around deck which overlooks the pool area and continues along the north side of the house with nice views of the ocean and two Bunk-Style Suites both with deck access. One bunk room offers a Twin/Twin Bunk and Twin/Double Bunk (sleeps 5) with private bath and the second one offers two Twin/Double Bunks (sleeps 6) also with a private bath. All bedrooms have flat screen wall mounted TVS and are beautifully and brightly furnished with beachy accents and artwork. There is a convenient half hall bath for guests as well as a main laundry facility (there is a stacked Washer/Dryer unit on first floor too). The upper third level is well designed with an open flowing floor plan allowing for your family and friends to relax together while enjoying both meal time and general togetherness. The gorgeous kitchen has sparkling reflective granite counters and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances including a large refrigerator/freezer combo two dishwashers and two 30" gas ranges with 60" hood. Sliding doors open from the kitchen to the 3rd floor deck. Beautiful dining tables and kitchen bar offer seating for everyone making it easy to have lasting family memories. Comfortable couches and recliners are strategically placed in front of large windows for gazing at the ocean view. Sliding glass doors open to get you onto the covered front porch area which is also a great place for an evening cocktail or watching the sunrise in the morning. Two King Master Suites with private baths grace the third floor with each having access to either the front porch or the back deck. Property Terms and Policies

All cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the Tenant, and received by Agent via facsimile, email or U.S. mail prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize Tenants loss. Tenant will NOT be issued a refund if the reservation does not re-book and confirm with payment for the original rental term. If the property re-rents and confirms for the original rental term and the original gross rent, Tenant will be charged a 21% cancellation fee (calculated on gross rent), along with non-refundable items, including, but not limited to, Travel Protection Insurance and Special Occasion Fee prior to issuance of a refund. If the property re-rents and confirms for a portion of the rental term or lower than the original gross rent, the shortage between the gross rent for the original rental term and the gross rent for the re-rented term will be deducted, along with non-refundable items and the 21% cancellation fee prior to issuance of any refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued within thirty (30) days of confirmed payment from replacement Tenant. Tip: Consider Travel Protection Insurance.
