Description….. MINIMUM STAY: 28 NIGHTS Pelican Landing is located in the prestigious neighborhood of Port Antigua on a deep and wide canal. The main floor offers 3 bedrooms and an open concept with ample seating for the entire family. The large balcony overlooks a canal where pelicans are usually seen diving into the water looking for their next meal. The fully equipped kitchen features a pass-through window to the balcony and a breakfast bar for casual dining. For more formal dining there is a table which comfortably seats 6 people. In the living area there is a large entertainment system with a mounted flat screen TV for your TV viewing pleasure. Three of the four bedrooms are located on this level. The master suite has a king bed and ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom offers two twins. A full bath with tub/shower combination is between two of the bedrooms. The ground floor living area is accessed through a separate entrance. It features several comfortable seating areas, a pool table with spectator chairs and two sets of sliding glass door overlooking the dock and outdoor seating area. Tucked around the corner is the 4th bedroom. There is a 3rd bath with a shower, however the water is not heated.
Outside there is a 45’ of dock space available for your boat(s) and a fish cleaning station, water and electricity. There is a small boat lift, 5,000 lbs., that the owners may permit guest use on a case by case basis. There is a table and chairs for relaxing outside along with kayaks and paddleboards for your use. Wi-Fi is included. There's a gorgeous private sandy beach available only to residents of the Port Antigua neighborhood. The private sandy beach located directly on the bay offers oasis areas with BBQ grills and swaying palm trees. Bring your chair or blanket and enjoy the gentle tropical breezes. Pet Deposits: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet plus $45 Clean Fee.

Property Terms and Policies
Rate Details: Rent is $7900/month plus taxes and fees. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $360 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of total rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000. Utility Caps/Mo: $200 water and $300 electricity. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional $200 refundable pet deposit for one pet or $300 for two, plus a $45 pet cleaning fee.
Accidental Damage Insurance: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.
Travel Insurance: Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you're away from home we recommend CSA's Vacation Rental Insurance Plan. Please review the CSA Marketing Flyer available on our website for more detail. CSA Plan Cost is 7.65% of all non-refundable charges. Unfortunately we are not able to offer either of these insurances to guests who reside in the states of NY or HI. We are not licensed in those states.
