The galley kitchen offers gorgeous quartz counter tops and leads into the dining area. At the back of the home is a wonderful second living space with TV and views of the backyard with private pool deck grilling space and private outdoor shower. This home offers 3 bedrooms for your enjoyment. The master bedroom is on the first floor with private en suite bathroom with double vanities and walk in shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that share a jack and jill bathroom with tub/shower combination. Each bedroom upstairs offers two full size beds and TV's. Trip Preservation We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Island Time Hilton Head is not the policy provider, Red Sky Travel Insurance Services is the holder.

Villas
Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

Homes
Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

Storms - There are no refunds in the event of a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement is between you and the insurance company and will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.
