1866 Beachside Tennis is located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines. This 2 bedroom 2 bath villa rental has panoramic views of the Calibogue Sound and is located on the first floor of a five story building with just steps to the pool and beach.When entering the villa you will find the master bedroom located on the left hand side. The bedroom has a king size bed TV DVD VCR and a sliding door that leads out to the private balcony overlooking the pool and beyond. The bath has a tub/shower combo with a double vanity.The second bedroom is located on the right hand side which makes great separation for two couples or family. This bedroom has two double beds and a TV. The private bath has a tub/shower combo with double vanity. This bedroom also gives you access to the balcony and steps to the pool and beach.The main living area opens onto the large balcony providing picturesque views and steps down to the pool and out to the beach. The large windows and sliding doors allow views inside and making the living area bright and cheerful. The living room has sofa loveseat and two extra chairs for plenty of seating. There is also a TV DVD and VCR for your enjoyment. The floors are tile with a colorful area rug. The dining area has a rectangle glass table with six padded chairs for your comfort. The floor is tiled same as the kitchen. The kitchen has newer white appliances white countertops and cupboards. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meals you may want to prepare when not eating out.Beachside Tennis has its own pool and grilling area for your use along with beach access. A stay at this villa is a great home away from home for your next Hilton Head Vacation!

If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.
Homes
Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment

Storms - There are no refunds in the event of a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited.
