This luxury townhouse is equipped with amenities to make for a comfortable vacation including a TV in every bedroom, and a private elevator to lift you from the large garage to two floors of living space with a total of almost 3000 living square footage. The large third floor master bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Just a few steps down from the 2nd floor deck to the world's whitest sand beaches. A few more steps over the dunes and you are dipping your toes into the Gulf of Mexico. Sip coffee watching dolphins in the morning, run and play in the surf and sand, relax with a beverage in a beach chair at the water's edge, or grill while watching the sunset. Amenities include but are not limited to free WiFi, a washer/dryer, a large private garage plus two designated parking spots, and access to the beach boardwalks from the second-floor deck.
This beachfront townhouse has a 3 to 4 night minimum except from June 5, 2021, until August 14, 2021, which is a 7-night minimum, Saturday to Saturday only.
Rents month to month (at least 28 nights) from November until March 1.
