Notice the amazing views from the master bedroom, in particular, overlooking both the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white sand beach. At Regency Towers there is a 25 x 50 community swimming pool nestled between the Regency Towers, tennis courts, and a coin operated laundry room on the 1st floor. 405E Regency Towers sleeps up to 8.
Pet-friendly only upon owner approval w/pet fee of $150.
***The project to replace the dune cross-over that provides access to the beach from the Regency Towers property is tentatively scheduled to begin on Monday, January 10th. The project should be substantially completed by March 12th, weather permitting.
During this time period, access to the beach from the Regency Towers property will be unavailable. All Owners and Guests wishing to access the beach will need to use the public beach access #26B located at the end of Ensenada Uno to the east or the public beach access to the west at the southern end of Avenida 23.***
We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from June 4, 2021, until August 13, 2021, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only.
Rents month to month (28 nights or more) between November and March 1.
