Welcome to Wind & Sea an AvantStay home! Experience the ultimate beach house at Wind and Sea Beach La Jolla! The rooftop views of the ocean will blow you away. This sprawling property is amazing both inside and out. Outside you'll find a dining patio with BBQ a fire pit in the front yard multiple balconies and a huge rooftop decked out with lounge chairs and corn hole. Kick back to watch the sun set into the water. Indoors enjoy the open common areas and the four bedrooms one being a snug bunk-room for any little ones connected to the master bedroom! The four bathrooms include the most luxurious bathtub you'll ever soak in. Cozy up by the three fireplaces spread over the two floors of our home and take advantage of all the great amenities: a piano cruiser bikes surfboard boogie board beach chairs beach blanket and games galore are there for you to play with. Steps away from the tidepools walking distance to shops and restaurants and a quick 20-minute drive to downtown San Diego and its famous Zoo our home is beach living at its best. Nearby Activities: Herringbone (seafood) Scripps Beach La Jolla Shores Park Harry's Coffee Shop Ellen Browning Scripps Park The Cottage (American) Catania George's at the Cove Caroline's Seaside Cafe Wheat and Water (Pizza!) Home Truths: - Please note that the small bunk bed room pictured is attached to the master bedroom and does not have its own entrance. - Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to additional pet fees and deposits. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStays approval you may be subject to a fine - Bikes are not guaranteed to be at the property and are based off request and availability. Requests for bikes need to be at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Parking Details: The home is equipped with a 2 car garage and room for up to 4 cars in the driveway. On-street parking is available. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! --- Bed sizes are as follows: Bedroom 1/ King + En suite bathroom + Small bunk bed room attached Bedroom 2/ King + En suite bathroom Bedroom 3/ King Bedroom 4/ Queen + En suite bathroom + 2 twin size tri-fold sleeping mats Bonus Room/ "Kids Room" with twin bunk bed off of master - perfect for the little ones to sleep near parents! --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health safety and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
