Between the spacious dining table charming breakfast nook and shaded patio table guests have many options for gathering around and enjoying each other's company. Outside your group can hang out on colorful loungers and watch boats sail by. Experiential amenities including paddleboards a basketball court and game area encourage nonstop fun during your stay... plus a little friendly competition! Balboa Fun Park Corona Del Mar Beach Whale Watching Newport Pier Gondola Adventures. Surf's up! This coastal city has the largest recreational harbor on the West Coast and is known for its amazing beaches parks restaurants and outdoor shopping centers. The living is easy here and it often includes bike rides along the boardwalk and watching pros surf some of the biggest swells in Southern California at The Wedge. Take the ferry to Balboa Island for the best seafood in the area and to ride the historic Ferris wheel at everyone's favorite old-school amusement park. Experience Newport Beach AvantStay Style. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line a dedicated hospitality manager and hotel-grade amenities. Home Truths: - Please note that this home does not have AC. - Guests cannot park on the sidewalk in front of the garage. If guests block the sidewalk you will receive a ticket and are subject to a $3000 additional fine from the city which will be billed back to the guest. - This home is located in a quiet residential community suitable for families. - Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to additional pet fees and deposits. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStays approval you may be subject to a fine Parking Details: 1 small car can park in the garage 1 small car can park in the gated front walkway Large cars may be unable to park onsite Street parking is very limited. From May - September a parking permit is required. We will provide 2 parking permits per reservation. This permit MUST be returned back prior to check-out. If we do not receive the permit back there will be a fee of $150 per pass charged to the guest for the replacement of the permit. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! --- The bedroom configurations are as follows: Bedroom 1/ King Bedroom 2/ Queen Bedroom 3/ Full Bedroom 4/ Twin Bunk Beds + 2 twin size tri-fold sleeping mats --- All guest stays in Newport Beach subject to the city's 10% Transit Occupancy Tax (TOT). This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health safety and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
