Welcome to Endless Summer an AvantStay home! This home was featured on the Emmy award-winning TV show Staycation! Our bayfront home located right next to the trendy Pacific Beach neighborhood is a slice of heaven for sunbathers and surfers. Wake up every morning to the ocean breeze and sight of swaying palm trees. Our retractable glass doors provide unobstructed panoramic bay views from the living room. A retractable window extends from the kitchen to an outdoor bar. When you're ready to catch some waves grab one of our boogie boards and hop over to Pacific Beach for a sun-soaked adventure. Or take a friend and explore the bay on our two-person kayak. After take refuge from the sun under the shade of one of our palm trees. Play ping pong under the veranda or foosball in the den. When you're well-rested stroll over to the Pacific Boardwalk (less than a 10-minute walk) or grab one of our bikes and cruise along the Promenade. Stop to explore one of the many little shops restaurants or bars. As the night falls cozy up to our fireplace in the dining room. Create your favorite cocktails in our inside bar with our mixology set. Our outdoor patio is the best place to take in the sunset while sipping on your drink. Roast marshmallows over our fire pit for a sweet way to end the night. Then fall asleep to the sound of the gentle ocean waves. This is the weekend beach house you've been dreaming about! Requests for bikes need to be at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Parking Details: We say 2 in the garage but if 1 is an SUV then 2 vehicles will not fit 1 car can fit horizontally in front of the closed garage door NO parking on the street side of the dark red line Just around the corner there is easily accessible street parking This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health safety and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
