- Please note this home has a fully working horse stable and there are daily workers on-site each day. They will not bother you or be on the premises of the home itself but will be on the 40 acres throughout the day. Horse stables cannot be accessed unless a reservation is made with Lorill Equestrian.

- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested before your stay. This is available from April to November. Due to the desert winter conditions, pool heat cannot be guaranteed at night.

- Please be aware that there may be connectivity issues with the Wifi due to the location of this home.
- This is a smoke-free property. Smoking will not be tolerated anywhere on the premises.
