Soaring windows in the great room invite you to a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and outdoor space. The outdoor bar and game area on the bottom floor are perfect for entertaining. One of the queen suites is on the first floor for your comfort and convenience. The additional four bedrooms with private baths are on the second level. With its large bedrooms and open living areas this house is a great island retreat for a vacation getaway for family and friends. PROXIMITY 3rd row ocean 3 minute walk to the beach HIGHLIGHTS Heated* pool & spa (23 x 12) *This pool & spa have a gas heater and can be heated for an additional fee of $575-$875 + tax per week depending on the season.
