MINIMUM STAY: 28 DAYS FABULOUS BEACH HOUSE located directly on a mile long sandy beach. Minimum Rental is 1 month. The original "Sea Grape" was destroyed by Hurricane Irma in September 2017. The decision was made to tear down and rebuild. The new Sea Grape is currently under construction and will be ready for occupancy January 1st, 2019. The new Sea Grape is being built on concrete pillars and the home will be concrete with an interior elevator. The floor plan is modeled after the original Sea Grape with the three bedrooms located on the south end of the house and a large open concept living area on the north end of the home on a larger scale. The new Sea Grape is larger and incorporates modern amenities. Each bedroom will have its own ensuite bath. The master bedroom will have a walk-in closet. There is a half bath in the living area. The kitchen is bumped out and the kitchen sink overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. There will be an island preparation area with casual seating in addition to a traditional dining area with table and chairs. There will be four sets of sliding doors that meet to form a 90 degree angle providing ocean views from the entire living area. Although the computer renderings of the home show it to be a modern décor the home will be furnished similar to the original Sea Grape with charming "beach" style furnishings and a coastal sea side decor.

Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet.

    Property Terms and Policies

    Rate Details: Rent is $12,000/month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $360 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1000 with accidental damage insurance or $3000 without. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $100 for water and $200 for electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided.
