** WE CAN EASILY ACCOMMODATE 6 GUESTS, 8 GUESTS IS POSSIBLE (INFLATABLE MATTRESS. PROVIDED FOR THE 7TH AND 8TH)

The house did not get flooded after the IAN hurricane on the interior upper level.
The pool area and new pool heater is already being addressed and the pool is operating, and new stairs are installed.
Pool heat is at an additional charge.
