There is a 1 bedroom + 1 loft.
Sleeping arrangements as follows:

Bedroom - 1 Queen Size bed,
Loft - 2 Twin Size Beds,
+ sleeping couch in the living room for 5th and 6th guest.

The standard occupation at this cabin is 4, however, can accommodate up to 6 people in total.
Fully equipped kitchen with a stove and oven as well, and a kitchenette.

The Cabin is new and modern equipped with everything you would need for your stay here.
There is a TV and a DVD player in the living room, it features a central heating system and a portable AC in each room.

Wonderful terrace with wooden chairs, for you to enjoy the fresh mountain breeze in the mornings :)

Lovers of the great outdoors can spend their vacation hiking and exploring the cliffs, trails, and surrounding wildlife. Go whitewater rafting, or fishing along the old logging roads by the house. When you return, the comforts of home will be waiting for you.
Our cabin is a unique vacation home. I trust that you will enjoy your stay and come back soon!

The neighborhood:
There is a Walmart in the town of Sylva a few miles east, as well as craft and antique shops in nearby Dillsboro. Headed west, near Franklin, you will find Harrah's Cherokee casino. Visit a real gem mine, such as Mason's, in the Cowee Valley. Try rafting in Nantahala, or take a drive over the mountain to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, where you can go horseback riding. You might want to go skiing in Cataloochee, depending on the season, of course! Just as you pass through downtown Sylva, on your right you will come to the market, where you can purchase freshly-laid eggs, as well as all kinds of fruits and vegetables and jams and jellies. For fine dining, try Ruth Chris Steak House at Harrah's, the buffet at the casino, or a number of other good restaurants.

Due to a recent scam, please note reservation name must match the name of the credit card used.

Please note we do not provide propane. Occupancy is strictly enforced, failure to comply will forfeit your deposit.

NOTES:
** Pet fee (per pet) would apply if you plan to bring a pet with you. All vet documents must be provided prior to your arrival.
** Please note that we require a rental agreement with rules and instructions to be signed once the booking is confirmed, and also we require a photo ID.
** Please note that as there is no WiFi/CABLE TV at the cabin. There is a SMART TV.
**The road to the cabins, has been just recently REGRAGED with special gravel AND BONDING SOLUTION, however, we strongly recommend using a 4 wheel drive. If you are planning to rent a car, We do suggest renting an SUV.
** Standard occupancy is 4, can accommodate up to 6. After the 4th guest, there is a fee of $30 per night per person.
** Refundable damage deposit $250
** All of our rates are updated daily and are subject to change without notice.
** Security cameras located outside.
