PARTY POLICY: Any violations of our house rules such as: Excessive Noise Smoking Extra Guests After-hours pool hallway loitering large gatherings and camera tampering will lead to a fine of $300 cancellation of your reservation and your removal from the property. On-site security and city police have permission to enter the rental if house rules are violated. If this is a nonissue please send an inquiry or instant book. We would love to host you! The Space: The Trifecta on 7th Street is a charming two-floor 1 bedroom 1 bath rental in the 1st Ward District of Uptown Charlotte that includes a fully stocked kitchen comfortably furnished rooms and free enclosed private parking. It's within walking distance to the convention center and Uptown Charlotte's best restaurants pubs and entertainment. Our townhome is Charlotte-inspired and it shows in our decor. Everything you see on the wall is somewhere you can go. We love to give recommendations to our guests so never hesitate to ask us for things to do places to eat or sights to see. What you'll really like about staying at our space: Cleanliness. Our space is professionally cleaned before each and every reservation while many other listings in the city are not. You'll really appreciate staying at a clean and well taken care of space. Communication. We have a 100% response rate for a reason. We respond to each and every guest message within just a few minutes before and during your stay. Arrival. We have a convenient 24/7 self-check-in system with free enclosed parking that lets our guests have flexible check-in times no matter how late it is at night. Safety. Our townhome is located in an apartment community that has security cameras is well-lit and has an enclosed garage for private parking. We also have an outside camera above the street entrance and hallway entrance doors that we use to help us conveniently check-in guests and as an added security benefit for our guests. These cameras do have audio recording that we are able to review history of if needed. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside. Location. The location we're in is a walker's paradise since most places you'll want to visit won't require a car. 7th Street is as flat as a pancake has ample sidewalk space and is very bikeable. The Neighborhood: Trifecta on at Quarterside is a 2 level townhouse in the 1st Ward of Charlotte. This is a walk-friendly district with ample sidewalk space. The heart of the city only a 10-minute walk away. Tree-lined streets will lead you into the city center. The locals have Southern Charm and are friendly. Trifecta is in a family orientated part of Charlotte and has great privacy security & peacefulness. Note that there are 2 onsite local bars on the ground level of the apartment complex and there can also be street noise since we are in Uptown Charlotte. Getting Around: Getting around Uptown Charlotte is a breeze. Walking: Uptown Charlotte is very walker friendly with ample sidewalk space and is densely packed cross walks. Biking: Uptown Charlotte is very bike friendly. There are many bike sharing companies dotting the district. It's easy to open an app unlock a bike and spend the day riding around Uptown Charlotte. Now you can also ride electric scooters! Car: We've got Uber Lyft and of course taxi service all across the district. Train: Take the LYNX Blue Line light rail service which connects Uptown to the South End and neighborhoods further southwest. Other Things to Note: Trifecta on 7th Street is a professionally managed corporate and vacation rental that follows the same laws that hotels do. Prior to confirming your booking you must agree to send a photo of your State ID/Driver's License through Airbnb's secure messaging service once the reservation is confirmed. This is part of our House Rules. If an ID is not sent within 12 hours of the booking confirmation the reservation will be canceled. We will hold onto the photo of your ID for the duration of your reservation. This information is also required by our apartment staff so that they may be of better assistance to our guests during their reservation and for general security purposes. This is a totally standard request but if you do have any questions please give Airbnb a call for more information. We will pre-approve every inquiry assuming that our guests have read our house rules and know they must send a photo of their State ID/Driver's License through Airbnb's secure messaging service once the reservation is confirmed. Please do not inquire or book if you cannot provide a photo of your State ID/Driver's License. Thank you for understanding and if you have any questions about house rules please contact us. We typically reply within a few minutes. Early Check In & Late Check Out We offer an early check-in and late check-out option for $20 + Airbnb Service Fee & Occupancy Taxes. If you'd like to check in early at 3pm or check out late at 1pm let us know so we can work with our cleaning staff to accommodate your needs. Photography & Videography We do not permit commercial photoshoots videoshoots music videos boudoir shoots etc at our properties. Those inquiries and requests will be denied. SECURITY CAMERAS & OTHER RECORDING DEVICES NEST SECURITY CAMERA - Our townhome is located in an apartment community that has security cameras is well-lit and has an enclosed garage for private parking. We also have an outside camera above the street entrance hallway entrance & outdoor patio that we use to help us conveniently check-in guests and as an added security benefit for our guests. These cameras do have an audio recording that we can review the history of if needed. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside. FRESH AIR SMOKE SENSOR- We are a smoke-free rental. Smoking of any kind will not be tolerated. The reservation will be canceled and our onsite courtesy police officer will be called to escort everyone off-premise. This includes cigarettes marijuana and burning any kind of incense or sage. We have smoke sensors that immediately alert us in real-time if there is smoking on the property. The sensors are reliably accurate for detecting chemicals present in tobacco and marijuana smoke. There is no discussion or negotiation as to whether or not a guest was smoking in our unit or not after we receive an alert. This also includes no smoking on any balconies or patios. A $500 smoking fine will be added to your reservation if this rule is broken. There is a smoke sensor in each room of the rental. NETATMO NOISE SENSOR - Monitors the noise levels in our rentals without recording any sound. Also monitors CO2 for occupancy levels. Whenever the noise levels or CO2 levels go above the pre-set threshold for a customized duration of time we will receive an instant notification to be alerted. This is used to monitor quiet hours between 9p-8a and unauthorized parties or large social gatherings. The device is inside the rental. MINUT NOISE SENSOR - Monitors the noise levels in our rentals without recording any sound. Whenever the noise levels go above the pre-set threshold for a customized duration of time we will receive an instant notification to be alerted. This is used to monitor quiet hours between 9p-8a. The device is inside the rental. AMAZON ECHO DOT: A smart speaker with Alexa. Guests can Alexa ask for music news information and more. Trifecta can also drop in onto the speaker to relay important and urgent messages (only if the guest is refusing to answer their phone calls texts and messages). The device is inside the rental. YALE KEYLESS ENTRY: Unlock the door using your unique entry guest code on the keypad. Your code will install at check-in and uninstall at check-out. A log of activity can be accessed online by Trifecta. Guest codes can also be removed from the lock remotely at a moment's notice. If we are alerted by a monitoring device about a rule being broken (noise smoke additional visitors) we will provide 1 warning to cease any rules being broken but will cancel the reservation if the house rule is broken for the 2nd time. Do not tamper with any of these devices which includes but is not limited to Nest security camera Netatmo noise sensor Fresh Air smoke sensor Google wifi router Amazon Echo Dot Nest Thermostat Apple TV. House Rules: House Rules: We are not a hotel. We are a professional short term rental inside of a residential apartment community. We have much stricter policies and rules than you would find at a hotel because the other neighboring apartments are long term residents. If your intention is to have a house gathering house party or any event then please cancel immediately because this property is not suited for those scenarios. Please observe these simple House Rules so that the space stays safe clean and in great condition for future guests. Consistent breaking of our house rules after an initial warning will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given on the reservation. Our rental is listed with approval from the leasing office and apartment staff unlike many of the other rental listings in the city. Please understand that onsite building staff (maintenance and concierge) are not affiliated with Trifecta or Airbnb. Please contact Trifecta directly for any needed items do not directly approach the staff. IDENTIFICATION- Guest must agree to send a photo of your State ID/Driver's License GUIDEBOOK- It is required to review our online guidebook NOISE POLICY- No loitering in the hallways at any time. Our guests cannot loiter or hang out in the hallways because it disturbs our neighbors. Also excessive noise is not permitted. Please keep the television Echo Dot and personal speaker devices at a minimum level to allow for the quiet enjoyment of other residents even during the daytime. We have a noise monitoring system that alerts us when the noise level reaches above 60 decibels. QUIET HOURS- The community quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Our rentals are in a residential neighborhood and all of our guests must adhere to our quiet hours. This specifically means that our guests cannot disturb our neighbors by being too loud during their reservation. If your rental has a patio or balcony please be mindful and respect that your neighbors may be trying to sleep. NON-SMOKING POLICY- We are a smoke free rental. The reservation will be cancelled and our onsite courtesy police officer will be called to escort everyone off premise. GUEST MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum amount of guests in the home must match that of the amount of guests stated on the reservation with no more than 4 guests total for a 1 bedroom rental and 6 guests total for a 2 bedroom rental allowed at the property. Your friends are welcome to visit between 8AM-9PM as long as the total occupancy does not go over 4 or 6 according to the rental size but we also must be informed if anyone visits onsite. Anyone that isn't on the reservation cannot be at the property during quiet hours of 9PM-8AM. There is a $10/guest charge for reservations larger than 2 guests. TECHNOLOGY & SECURITY- To protect our rental and provide security and peace of mind for our guests we have security cameras in the public hallway and patio/balconies of all Trifecta rentals. For our guest privacy of course there are no cameras inside the actual rental. The cameras do record so we are able to review security camera footage if needed. Footage is only reviewed if there is an issue with your reservation. We also have noise sensors that alert us if our guests are being excessively loud and we have smoke sensors to alert us if guests are smoking in the unit. We will provide 1 warning to cease any rules being broken but will cancel the reservation if the house rule is broken for a 2nd time. Do not tamper with any of these devices which includes but is not limited to: Nest security camera (outside) Netatmo noise sensor (inside) Minut noise sensor (inside) Fresh Air smoke sensor (inside) Google wifi router Amazon Echo Dot (inside) Nest Thermostat (inside) Apple TV. STREAMING SERVICES- We provide premium streaming services for our guests to enjoy such as Apple TV Netflix Hulu HBO. Do not log us out of these streaming services or out of our accounts. You will be charged a fee if you tamper with our accounts because we will need to pay our staff to prepare the Apple TV again for the next guest. POOL- The onsite pool is not managed by Trifecta but our guests do have access to the pool during the open season of May through the second week of October (dates may vary depending on pool inspections). Follow all rules posted by the pool. EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT- Check in is anytime after 5pm and check out is anytime before 11am. With our smartcode doors you will not be able to enter before 5pm unless you've paid $20 for an early check in ahead of time. Also any guest still in the rental past 11am will be charged a late check out fee of $20. PET POLICY- No Pets not even if a friend is visiting you. No pets whatsoever at any moment. We are a pet free rental. This also includes service animals. LOST KEYS & LOST PARKING PERMIT- $100 fine for losing house keys $50 fin for losing a parking permit. MAIL POLICY- Do not mail anything to our address you won't be able to pick it up. You can mail items to a local UPS store down the street. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY: We do not permit commercial photoshoots videoshoots music videos boudoir shoots etc at our properties. Those reservations will be canceled. If you booked with that intent cancel within 12 hours for a full refund. Security: The community is very safe. There are security cameras in the garages hallways and patios that record visual and audio. No Cameras inside. Minut & Netatmo noise sensors are inside.
