Our stunning home is located in the Solamere neighborhood of Lower Deer Valley. In a charming cul-de-sac, only 5 minutes from Deer Valley Resort-Snow Park Lodge and Main Street, and 2 minutes from the bus stop, our beautiful 5-bedroom home is a wonderful spot for your Park City vacation.
Enter in the front door of this stunning home and be greeted by high ceilings and a spacious hallway for everyone to come inside. As you move into the home, you will enter into the large living and dining room featuring vaulted ceilings, beautiful furniture, and radiant heated floors. The large stone gas fireplace with wall mounted TV is a stunning feature in this home. Steps away from the living room is a formal dining space with seating for 8 and access to the huge deck with outdoor seating. Pass the formal dining room and you'll enter into a beautiful gourmet kitchen with additional dining space. A large Wolf stove, double oven, Sub-Zero fridge, stainless steel appliances and a large island offer a one of a kind cooking experience. Also off of the kitchen is access to the deck with a grill, the laundry room with washer/dryer, a large mud room to store all of your gear and a 3-car garage.
Back towards the living room is the grand master bedroom with a beautiful king bed, private gas fireplace, flat screen TV, lounge chairs for additional seating, and a stunning master en suite. Relax in the large soaking tub with a private fireplace after a long day of skiing. A double vanity provides ample space and you'll love the huge walk in shower with double shower heads.
On the top floor is another bedroom accessed by an open walk way that overlooks the main living and dining room. This private suite features a king bed, gas fireplace, and flat screen TV with a cozy couch to curl up in front of the fire. The en suite has a beautiful glass shower and a single vanity.
Head downstairs to find a large family room, perfect for gathering together after a long day of skiing. Cozy up around the gas fireplace and put on a movie on the flat screen TV. Use the wet bar and mini fridge to enjoy a nice beverage during your movie. A large comfortable leather couch provides enough room for everyone. If you don't want to watch a movie here, head to the media room for theater-style seating with a large screen, projector, and surround sound. Eight leather recliners, all with cup holders, and stadium seating provide the ultimate movie experience in the comfort of your home.
Also downstairs are three additional bedrooms. Bedroom #1 features two twin-over-full bunk beds, bedroom #2 offers a queen bed, and bedroom #3 has two queen beds. Each bedroom has a private en suite with a shower/tub combo. Also on this floor is an additional full bathroom and access to a large patio with hot tub and private yard.
Included with this home is free wi-fi, cable TV, radiant floors throughout, 3 garage parking spaces and additional parking in the driveway. Please note there is air conditioning on the upper level of the home, however, the home is not equipped with air conditioning on the lowest levels.
All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
- Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to additional pet fees and deposits. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStays approval you may be subject to a fine (dogs only, cats are not allowed).
There is parking space for 3 cars in the attached garage, as well as additional parking in the driveway.
Please do not park in the street or you will be towed or ticketed.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
