Welcome to The Penthouse at Parkite, an AvantStay home!
Dubbed the "second penthouse" of the Parkite, this modern and spacious home has everything you need for your next ski vacation. Located in the heart of Park City on historic Main Street, this home provides the perfect balance of luxury comfort, and convenience. Walking into the home, you're greeted by an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. Large floor-to-ceiling windows fill the living space with natural light, while the rooftop deck offers unparalleled views of Main Street.
The living room features a beautiful brick fireplace and comfortable seating to gather with your group. The dining table offers seating for 6, with 3 additional seats at the countertop bar. The kitchen is equipped with professional-grade Wolf appliances, a Sub Zero refrigerator, and beautiful granite countertops, making this kitchen a chef's dream. Guests will find the kitchen stocked with all of the essential tools need to create a wonderful home-cooked meal. Just off the living area, there is a convenient half bathroom.
The stately master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and gas fireplace. A Smart TV allows you to stream your favorite shows or music. After a day on the slopes, step into the en suite master bathroom to relax and unwind in the soaker tub or large glass shower. The master bedroom offers access to the deck and hot tub.
Downstairs you'll find a second living area that's perfect for a movie or game night. A gas-burning fireplace and large flatscreen Smart TV add to the ambiance of the room. Also downstairs is two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds, flatscreen Smart TV, and a full en suite bathroom, as well as private access to the downstairs patio that features a second hot tub. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and flatscreen Smart TV.
Parkite is a secure building, requiring key code access for its main entry and use of the elevators. Guests are given access to one parking space in the underground parking lot through a private and secure tunnel via Swede Alley. The Parkite complex features a beautifully designed lobby that is staffed during the daytime and early evening. Just off the lobby, guests will find a fully-equipped fitness center and ski locker room. A lounge and fireplace are located in the lobby for your enjoyment before leaving for an evening out on the town. Rooftop deck space is also available and features 2 separate fire pit lounges, 3 dining tables, and 2 ping pong tables during the summer months.
All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home.
There is one parking space in the underground parking garage.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
