This gorgeous Deer Valley townhome offers soaring panoramic views of the peaks and slopes and the quintessential Snow Park lodge. The location couldn't get any better. The bus stop is located right across the street and offers a quick option to navigate town during your trip. Right on the loop around the base lodge area, this Chaparral townhome offers easy shuttle access to both historic downtown Park City and the lifts at Deer Valley.
Step into this ground floor townhome and you're immediately welcomed into an open-concept living and kitchen area that is full of natural light from the large wall of windows. The spectacular views of the surrounding mountains can be enjoyed while cozying up on the couch in front of the fire, or by stepping out onto the large log deck where you can enjoy a soak in the brand new private hot tub or grill up your dinner on the outdoor bbq.
Back inside, there's plenty of space for your entire group to gather; whether you're enjoying a movie on the flat screen TV, playing games, enjoying a home cooked meal, or simply spending time around the fireplace. The living room opens up to the kitchen that offers Quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for everything you may need throughout your trip. Seating is provided by a formal dining table and seating for 4 at the countertop bar.
As you make your way down the hall, you will come to the first bedroom. Outfitted with a twin-over-queen bunk and additional twin bed, this room is perfect for a family. The comfortable bedding and luxury linens make for a great night's sleep after a day on the hill. Across the hall from this room is a full bathroom with a large tiled glass shower.
Continuing down the hallway, there is a stackable washer/dryer available for your use. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom. A large king bed with luxury linens and an additional daybed provide sleeping for 3. The en-suite bathroom features a dual-sink vanity and large walk-in, glass enclosed tile shower.
Both bedrooms include flat screen TVs and DVD players. A one car garage is available for guest use, as well as additional unreserved spots in the parking lot.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
