Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Juniper Landing 1 an AvantStay home! This beautiful condo in Juniper Landing is mountain contemporary at its finest. The 2 bedroom 3-bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 and is walking distance to the Frostwood Gondola. The Frostwood Gondola takes you straight up to the base of the Canyons Village where you can jump on the Red Pine Gondola or the Orange Bubble Express and go skiing shop for some winter gear or visit any of the many restaurants ranging from coffee shops to fine dining. The house has a great layout with a main floor living area and a top floor for bedrooms. The open concept main level has an open kitchen concept with stainless steel appliances an apron sink a gas stove a built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator and dishwasher and granite countertops. The large breakfast bar seats 5 and the kitchen table with contemporary chairs seats an additional 6. The open concept continues into the living room with hardwood floors and a large cozy sectional facing the modern gas fireplace and mounted flat-screen TV with enough seating to fit all of your family and friends. Off the main floor is a private balcony with ample seating and views of the heated lap pool fire pits hot tub and Park City Mountain Resort. There is also a full bathroom off of the living room with modern fixtures and a large glass shower featuring a rainfall showerhead. The top-level has two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms large windows with breathtaking views and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs outfitted with cable. The master bedroom has a king bed his and her closets with custom shelving a modern gas fireplace lots of natural light and a private balcony with sliding door access and a seating arrangement for two. The master bedroom balcony looks over the heated lap pool and has views of Park City Mountain Resort. The master suite bathroom is a 5-piece with modern touches throughout including stainless steel hardware a soaker tub for after those long days on the mountain a large separate shower with a rainfall showerhead and an abundance of lighting. The second bedroom has two full-size bunk beds with enough room to sleep 4. This bedroom also has a large closet with custom cabinetry. The en-suite bathroom includes a large shower with a rainfall showerhead. There is also has a stacked washer and dryer available. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line a dedicated hospitality manager and hotel-grade amenities. Home Truths: Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this home. Community access to the lap pool hot tub fire pits and a fully equipped gym. You will be provided with a fob for access to these amenities. Parking Details: There is one parking space in front of the home available to guests. There is an additional parking lot across from the home which is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! --- The room configuration is as follows: Master Bedroom / King bed with En-suite Bedroom 2 / two bunk beds --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health safety and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
