Welcome to Empire Escape, an AvantStay home!

Nestled on Empire Avenue & easily walkable to the base of Park City Mountain Resort, this home is the perfect spot for your next family or ski vacation!

Walking into the home, you're greeted with a cozy open-concept living and dining area. After a day of skiing, you can gather together to play games, watch a movie, or enjoy a homecooked dinner. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances.

Moving toward the back of the home, the bunk room is the perfect spot for kids! Featuring two bunk beds and a flatscreen TV, it is the ultimate hangout spot. The convenient full-size bathroom with tile shower is an added bonus!

As you step out the back door, you'll find another spot to relax after a day on the slopes with a private hot tub and BBQ grill. As well as a propane fire pit and seating for 6 people, perfect for sharing a cold one on those starry nights.

Moving upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and bathrooms. First, the charming guest bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed. This room has a private full-size bathroom with a large tile shower.

The second bedroom is the Master suite. Gorgeous wood beams give this room a stately lodge-like feel and allow the natural light to fill the room. The oversized en suite bathroom provides a tile shower, luxurious jetted tub, and double-sink vanity. This room also has a flatscreen TV, desk, and walk-in closet.

On the bottom level of the home, you'll find access to the one-car garage and ski equipment storage. As a bonus, there is a "hang out room" that features a queen-size bed, TV, and mini-fridge. Off of this room is the laundry facilities, featuring a full-size front-loading washer and dryer.

This home has central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable, no matter the season!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
