Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Park Ave Getaway, an AvantStay Home!

This cozy home is located right next to the Park City Library and park and is just a few minutes walk from Main Street and the Old Town lift. It's a fantastic location for those who want to do a little bit of everything during their stay.

Entering the home, guests are met with a cozy, open living and kitchen area. The ample windows highlight sweeping views of the mountain ski resort and the park. The kitchen features beautiful countertops and seating for 5 at the bar as well as comfortable seating for 6 at the dining table.

The formal living area boasts cozy seating for the whole family next to a fireplace and surrounding a full entertainment system, including TV and more. Just off this living space is the back deck, where guests can enjoy the hot tub during winter months, as well as grilling and outdoor seating in the summer months.
Conveniently located off the main living area is a full bathroom, mudroom for after those long days on the slopes, and extra storage space. The one-car garage also connects to the home through the mudroom, making ski storage simple and easy.

Heading upstairs, guests will find three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, lovely views of the eastern mountains and a flat-screen Panasonic TV. The second bedroom features a full-twin bunk bed set, entertainment system and plenty of storage. Finally, the third bedroom features another queen bed, views of the park and a Samsung TV.

Off the hall is a full bathroom with beautiful mosaic tiling to service these three bedrooms.

Also on the second floor is the spacious master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, and excellent, private outdoor seating area. Enjoy a 55” tv and an extra deep suite tub after a full day on the mountain.

Please be advised that the ski resorts in the area have implemented a reservation system for all lift tickets. Please visit the resort's website to view more information and book your reservations.

All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
