As you enter through the front door you are greeted by a spacious, bright living room with 50" Smart TV and jack knife style sleeper sofa. Walk through the living room and into the dining room with high-top dining table and urban artwork. Continue walking and you are in the kitchen. Typically kitchens in this style of row home floorplan are small, this is a really exceptionally large kitchen for this style of home so its great for entertaining. The stairs upstairs are quite narrow (again part of the style of the home) but features a queen size master bedroom with 32" flatscreen Smart TV - a smaller bedroom featuring a full sized bed and a full bathroom. If you need to do some dreaded laundry during your stay. You are more than welcome. The laundry area is in the basement. There is also a fenced-in back patio that's great for hanging out, morning coffee, etc.
