Enjoy Toronto in this cozy basement suite located in one of Toronto's most diverse neighborhoods, Weston-Pelham Park. You'll be a 10 min walk from Corso Italia, which is home to some of the best restaurants in the city. There are parks. boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and more within walking distance. This spacious basement apartment has a Queen sized bed and Queen sofa bed, so it can accommodate up to 4 people at a time.

The Space:
This basement level apartment is located under a laundromat. You'll be in a great location, walking distance from everything you'll need, and will have easy access to great public transit for exploring the rest of the city. There is also free reserved onsite parking for one vehicle.

The home has 1 Queen sized bed, and also a Queen size sofa bed. There's an adjoining kitchen, that has a full sized fridge/freezer combo unit, and stovetop cooking surface. There's also a microwave oven, smaller appliances and cooking and dining utensils. There's a dining table with space for 2 that can double as a laptop friendly workstation. There is also a 55" Smart TV and complimentary wifi for your entertainment.

You'll quickly discover the central convenience of The Stockyards shopping centre and retail outlet mall, located at St. Clair and Weston Road, as well as many other shops and grocery stores down the street. The neighbourhood enjoys excellent TTC service with the St. Clair Avenue West streetcar and Keele Street bus, connecting to the Bloor subway line. There are also several parks in the area, such as Wadsworth Park, that offer a nice green space to stretch your legs with playgrounds for the kids. The neighbourhood also features access to Earlscourt Park, short trips to the Humber River, and the shops and restaurants of the nearby Junction neighbourhood.

The Neighborhood:
You are a 6-minute walk from Alcove Coffee for that morning caffeine fix and if you're not in the mood to cook, Kings Delight and Huong Viet are near this property. Groceries can be found at Damesh Grocery & Variety Store which is not far and you'll find Duke Pharmacy a 9-minute walk as well. Love being outside? Look no further than Earlscourt Park, MacGregor Park or Oakmount Park, which are only steps away away.

Nearby attractions include the Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, the Metro Toronto Convention Center, the CN Tower, Union Station, Ripley’s Aquarium, the Eaton Center, King Street, the St. Lawrence Market, Financial District, and the Queen’s Quay Waterfront.

Getting Around:
You'll be in the heart of St. Clair Gardens, with easy access to public transit. There is also easy access to Ubers, but with so many of the city's attractions so close to my home, you may end up walking everywhere!

If you are reliant on transit, don't fear, there is a TTC BusStop (ST CLAIR AVE WEST AT HOUNSLOW HEATH RD) only steps away. It also has (Bus) route 312 St.clair junction Night Bus nearby. DUNDAS WEST STATION - WESTBOUND PLATFORM Subway is also only a 19 minute walk. For drivers, the closest highway is Gardiner Expressway and is within a 10-minute drive, making it easier to get into and out of the city using Dowling Ave ramps.
