Experience unmatched views of sunrise every morning during your stay. When scheduled, you have the best view on Mission Bay of the Sea World fire works. The kitchen is equipped with high-end GE Monogram appliances. The kitchen offers a moveable island and layout which makes cooking and enertaining simple, easy and enjoyable. The washer/dryer are out of sight in the hallway for your convenience. DirecTV provides over 900 channels of TV, movies, and music.

Tastefully decorated to make your stay a memorable beach experience, each bedroom has DirecTV, private bathroom, and deck with table and chairs. The gorgeous Master bedroom comes with a Queen bed, the guest bedroom a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom a Full/Full bunk with a trundle.

ATTENTION: This vacation rental house is located in a very quiet, high-density neighborhood in South Mission Beach, where many of the residents are retired. Therefore, this condo is only suitable for quieter, smaller groups. The owner of the building lives on the top floor year round. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, or parties—either inside or outside of the home. There are no pets allowed and this is a no smoking building.
