Vacation Rental Description

The name Xanadu was first mentioned in a poem written by S. T. Coleridge, titled “Kubla Khan”. It described a summer palace that was a place of great beauty, luxury and contentment.

Xanadu l, B1 is a beautiful two bed/two bath vacation rental located at 1311 S. Ocean Blvd and is facing the ocean. . B1 was recently renovated and now features three flat screen TVs, washer/dryer in the unit, Free WIFI, covered parking, ocean front pool and comfortably sleeps 6.

The condo has a king-sized master bedroom with a private balcony and private bathroom. The guest bedroom contains two twin beds that can be used separately or pushed together to form a second king-sized bed. The guest bedroom also has a private bathroom and shower.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all of the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare a gourmet feast or scrambled eggs, depending on the skills of the chef. All of the modern appliances you might have at home or offered in Xanadu l B1.

It is necessary to note that Xanadu is not handicapped accessible. Although there is an elevator to transport you to your room, it is not at ground level. Actually the resort is on pilings, making the first floor rooms on the second floor.

Xanadu l, B1 rents early!! Do not hesitate to place your reservation as soon as possible. It’s nice and clean and affordable. When you stay here, you will go home feeling like you got your money’s worth.
