MINIMUM STAY: 7 Nights The Martin Family Fish Camp is located on a private peninsula and offers two cottages named Bonefish and Tarpon. Each cottage offers two private bedrooms. Between the two cottages there is sleeping for 10 in beds plus an additional 2 on the sleeper sofa for an occasional extra guest. There's a large Tiki for relaxing or dining, onsite parking - covered and open plus room for a boat trailer, a tropical outdoor shower and 100' of open dock space! The cottages are one story concrete buildings with easy access and water views. Tarpon Cottage is the larger of the two and offers a front porch with bay views, a sandy area by the water and a fire pit. Bonefish Cottage is the smaller and is located by the boat basin. It makes a perfect sleeping cottage with a mini-kitchen and a small living area. Built in the early 1960's the cottages are reminiscent of an earlier time in the Keys when life was simple and water activities were the main event of the day - fishing, boating, snorkeling, and diving. Bring your boat and tie up to the dock or hire a charter captain for your fishing and water excursions. The cottages are cozy, comfortable and well maintained. Each is air conditioned, have ceiling fans and include internet access and Wi-Fi.
The central location of this property in the heart of Islamorada makes it a great choice for your holiday. Lorelei Restaurant and Cabana Bar, a favorite of the locals and the tourists alike, is an easy stroll from this property. Morada Bay is a beach café located a half mile away and offers another entertainment choice with a slightly different flare. Morada Bay is the site of the monthly Full Moon Parties - an island favorite. This is a legal weekly rental: VR-055. This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $300 for two pets. There is an additional $45 pet cleaning fee.
Rate Details: $3800/week. Additional Charges: $425 departure cleaning fee; $3.9% reservation fee; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. There is an additional $200 pet security deposit and an additional cleaning fee of $45.
Optional Insurances
Accidental Damage Insurance: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance: Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you're away from home we recommend CSA's Vacation Rental Insurance Plan. Please review the CSA Marketing Flyer available on our website for more detail. CSA Plan Cost is 7.65% of all non-refundable charges. Unfortunately we are not able to offer either of these insurances to guests who reside in the states of NY or HI. We are not licensed in those states.
